or Fermentation of refined sugar washes for use in making hard seltzers. Suitable for approx. 19-23L fermentation volumes. Attenuation: High (90 – 100%) Flocculation: High (5/5) Usage directions: Add directly to approx. 20L fermentation volume, stir well, and leave to ferment at 20-25 °C (68-77 °F) for optimum results. Storage recommendation: Best before 24 months from production. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Fermaid K - 80 G
Fermaid K is a blended yeast nutrient that supplies ammonia salts (DAP), free amino acids (organic nitrogen from deactivated yeast), sterols, unsaturated fatty acids, key nutrients (magnesium sulfate, thiamin, folic acid, niacin, biotin, calcium pantothenate) and inactive yeast. Add to must at the beginning of fermentaion, and again at 1/3 sugar depletion for high nutrient requirement yeasts. Add at the rate of 1 grams per gallon. Fermaid K can be added directly to must, or if the fermentation is active, hydrate in water to avoid CO2 release and excessive foaming. Usage: 1 gram per gallon.
